Kale is loaded with Vitamins A and C, potassium, iron and fiber which helps your body process foods properly. Cucumber is great in many juicing recipes because it  hydrates your body and helps your body fight off bad cholesterol levels. Pears are great for detox juicing recipes because they are high in fiber and help your digestive system process toxins.

  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • ½ cucumber
  • 3 leaves kale
  • 40 grams fresh mint


If you have a ‘low’ setting on your juicer, begin with the softer items first – cucumber, kale and mint. Then turn to ‘high’ and juice the apple and pear.
