Gian’s Ginger Zinger

1 cup pineapple
1 green apple
a small knob of ginger
Cut off the tops of the carrots, but everything else is good to juice with their skins still on.

1.5 cups of pineapple,
1 whole kale,
2-inch knob of ginger
When all ingredients have been washed, cut the stems off the kale. Juice it, then drink it.

3-4 celery stalks
1 granny-smith apple
Cut the tops off the beets and carrots prior to juicing. Juice and enjoy.
