3 inches of cucumber
1 stalk of broccoli (long stalk and multiple flowerets broccoli)
Half an apple,
Half a lemon (with peel, un-waxed)
10 or 11 baby carrots.

Directions: Thoroughly was all ingredients and place them through your juicer, pouring contents into a glass for serving. Drink immediately.

Tomato Cauliflower Juicing Recipe – Calories per serving: 110
1 tomato,
12 baby carrots
a large head of cauliflower
3 stalks of celery

Veggie Juicing Recipe
3 inches of cucumber
1 cup of spinach
A couple inches of summer squash
11 baby carrots
Half an apple
Half a lemon (leave the peel on).
