A Couple Detox Juicing Recipes

I recently came across a couple awesome detox juicing recipes from The Naked Kitchen. They seem like great additions to your 3 day juice cleanse, because the ingredients in the juicing recipes have incredible detoxifying attributes.

Without further ado, here are the juicing detox recipes.

The Green Cucumber

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 large cup of spinach
  • 1 large cup of parsley
  • 1 celery stock
  • 1/2 medium lemon, peeled

Cucumbers are essential for your juicing recipes while detoxifying your body because they hydrate your body as it expels toxins. Parsley can be especially effective at cleansing your liver and kidneys.

Best Face Forward

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 parsnip
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1/2 a lemon, peeled
  • 1/4  green pepper, seeded

Parsnip is great for your recipes for juicing at home to detoxify your body because it is a diuretic, which helps push harmful toxins from your body.
