Roots Detox Juicing Recipe
- 1 cucumber
- 2 green apples
- 2 carrots
- handful dandelion
- handful beet greens
- handful cilantro
- 1/2 lemon with peel
- 1 small piece ginger
- 1 small piece tumeric
Add ingredients to juicer in this order: Cucumber, Ginger, 1 Apple, Tumeric, Dandelion, 1 Apple, Beet Greens, 1 Carrot, Cilantro, 1 Carrot, Lemon. (Serves 1 person).
Heart Beet Juice (Figgy & Sprout)
- 1 beetroot
- 2 apples
- 1 pear
- 1 thin slice of ginger
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Place all ingredients in juicer and drink immediately. You can add less or more of anything depending on your taste.
